For our syndicated partners, we offer a unique option of part-ownership in a luxury yacht, together with profit-sharing in our charter business. Syndicates are limited to a maximum of 8 shares for the Sunseeker Manhattan 64 and a maximum of 6 shares for the Fairline Squadron 56/59. Each syndicate retains 60% of the total profits derived from the charter operation of the vessel, while at the same time having full personal usage of the vessel as per the syndicated agreement.
Our yachts operate in the Costa del Sol and Morocco. However, as all maintenance and long-term berthing is conducted in Morocco, we benefit from vastly reduced operational costs which we pass directly to you.
